Arcserve SaaS Backup
Cloud-native data backup for data generated by critical SaaS applications.

Data Protection and SaaS Backup Is Your Responsibility
SaaS vendors own the cloud infrastructure stack and primary components such as physical infrastructure and hardware, network controls, and the operating system.

But data—the critical component that powers your business and is central to the service’s relevance—is your organization’s responsibility.

This is because SaaS vendors operate on a shared responsibility model, which means obligations are shared between the vendor and the customer.

Why Choose Arcserve SaaS Backup?
Arcserve SaaS Backup is a comprehensive cloud-native, cloud-to-cloud backup solution designed to protect your data hosted in SaaS application clouds such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Jira Cloud, and Confluence Cloud.

- Your data is protected at every stage. All backup data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with a default 30‑day delete retention. Four immutable copies are stored across two separate data centers within the same region—ensuring data sovereignty, resilience, and peace of mind.
- One seat. One price. Total peace of mind. Arcserve SaaS Backup for Microsoft 365 extends protection beyond data to include access and identity, safeguarding Microsoft Entra ID objects such as users, roles, policies, and activity logs. This ensures organizations can quickly recover the identity layer that controls access to applications and data.
- Compliance, built in—not bolted on. Arcserve SaaS Backup data centers are certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISAE 3402‑II standards and align with major regulatory requirements, including HIPAA—helping you meet compliance goals with confidence.
- One dashboard. Complete control. Manage all your SaaS data backups through a fast, intuitive interface with multi‑tenant visibility and role‑based access control—giving you total command of protected data from a single pane of glass.
