Estimated delivery timelines are provided based on the distributor’s location and logistics network, and buyers will be notified of delays or fulfillment issues when possible.
4. Shipping & Delivery Guarantee
Shipping times may vary depending on the buyer’s region, carrier availability, and customs clearance. Trincos ensures tracking information is provided whenever available. If an order is delayed beyond the maximum estimated delivery window, buyers may request assistance, order review, compensation (where applicable), or cancellation support. 10. Unfulfilled Orders & Stock Issues
If a distributor cannot fulfill an order due to stock shortages, logistical constraints, or internal issues, buyers will be notified promptly. In such cases, buyers may choose to receive a refund, select a replacement item, or accept an alternative solution as offered by the distributor.
